Elevated the user experience significantly by automating the reconciliation process with highly accurate match results. Enhanced the in-house File System Browser by integrating deep data validation capabilities, a strategic enhancement thatenabled 2x faster error identification, directly led to the resolution of legacy bugs and a more robust data repair framework.

Built core data and business logic services for TallyPrime’s WhatsApp integration, delivering a 70%+ reduction in time spent on third-party service interactions, establishing a universal template for subsequent integrations. Re-architected the legacy Migration and Repair framework to include a robust error resolution system, a critical enhancement that ensured a smooth upgrade path for 1 million+ customers moving to TallyPrime 3. Spearheaded the initiative to Automate the Conveyance Bill Claiming which is used by 1500+ of Tally employees. This has been achieved by parsing the pdf invoices and using OCR to read image invoices, while reading email invoices completely eliminated manual effort.

Led the design of a Tally Benchmarking tool to measure time and memory footprint of over 400+ Tally reports. The byte-level precision of the tool directly led to optimizing a core function, reducing its database write size by 80%. Architected a cloud storage framework to extend data backup and restore functionality, integrated with Google Drive (via OAuth 2.0), Enhanced its performance by a multi-threaded process to manage parallel data streams.
